Like ‘como uvas’ , can we say ‘yo como uvas’ too, and why is there no ‘I’?
Why is there sometimes no yo to say something

Hola Sadie
In Spanish we tend to omit the subject pronouns because the ending of the verb is already telling us who the subject is: Como uvas, Comes uvas, Come uvas, Comemos uvas...
This is why you will see lots of sentences omitting the pronoun.
