Yo habría ido a la entrevista si ________ un salario más decente.
I put "me hubieran ofrecido", but apparently that was wrong and "me" is not needed
Why?

Hola R,
I think there are 2 possible sentences here:
1) Yo habría ido a la entrevista si hubieran ofrecido un salario más decente. = I would have gone to the interview if they had offered a more decent salary.
2) Yo habría ido a la entrevista si me hubieran ofrecido un salario más decente. = I would have gone to the interview if they had offered me a more decent salary.
So, in my opinion, the quiz was asking you to use the first sentence I've suggested here.
Clara :)
Hola R
Confirming what Clara is suggesting, the test-question is asking for the conjugation of the verb in that tense, with the translation being :
I would have gone to the interview if they had offered a better salary.
There is no pronoun "me" in the sentence; this is why the system is not marking it right. Just so you know, to help with the test-questions where you need to type, as opposed to the drop-down menu ones where you chose one of the options given, in the free text ones asking to conjugate a verb in a specific tense, you only need to focus on the verb; adding extra elements to the answer will make the answer wrong, because the system won't recognize that extra word in the possible correct answers.
Saludos
