There are examples here with "demasiado dinero" and another with "tanto dinero" both meaning "too much money." That's very annoying.

Hola Marc,
If you read closely I think you will find that "tanto/a/os/as means SO much or SO many, while demasiado/a/os/as means TOO much or TOO many.
I had a look at the lesson and I didn't see any variations on these definitions. I hope that helps. Saludos. John

They are similar in meaning: too much / too many and so much / so many but different as you can see.
