Seguro in the ly form

I am totally confused on this one. Does the adverb agree with the noun?

No, adverbs don't have to agree with the noun. The rule for regular adverbs is that you take the feminine form of the adjective and add -mente; so, for example, the masculine form of "quick/fast" in Spanish is "rápido", and the feminine form is "rápida", therefore, to say "quickly" it'd be "rápidamente".

Adverbs don't modify nouns, but verbs.
