Consejo(s) is used twice in the exercise. At first, the impression is that this is a singular word (consejo) in Spanish where it would be plural in English (tips). But later at the end it used in the plural (consejos) for the plural. This seems confusing to me.

Hola Martin
Yes, in Spanish you can use it both in singular and plural. The first sentence is using it in singular here:
¿Algún consejo para manejar esto?
Any tips for handling this?
It's using the plural in English because it probably sounds more natural to use it like this in English.
But it'd be like saying ¿Hay algún consejo para esto? (Is there a /any tip for this?) or ¿Puedes darme un / algún consejo para esto? (Can you give me a / any tip for this?)
The last sentence is using the plural as you would also use in English:
Tus consejos son muy útiles.
Your tips are very useful.
Saludos
