In the writing test "Remedy for aching muscles B2" it says "No hay nada
que odie más". Why is it not "No hay nada que odio más"?

Hola Violeta
When we use "negation" in the main clause (nada, nadie, ningún...) this triggers the subjunctive:
No hay nada que odie más...
There is nothing that I hate more...
No hubo nadie que levantara la mano para preguntar.
There was no one who raised their hand to ask.
No tengo ninguna corbata que vaya bien con esa camisa.
I don't have any tie that goes well with that shirt.
Saludos
Inma
