I imagine you're referring to the test-question with answer "Se llama Lola". Like in the previous comment, this was a multiple answer question (when you get this sort of question, you should see the text "[one, some or all may be correct]:").
If the student only choose one of the correct answers and there is another one that is correct on the dropdown menu but not chosen, the result page will show your answer as correct with a green tick but will also highlight the other correct answer that wasn't chosen, and it will be marked as "nearly".
