I'm afraid we can't use the subjunctive vea here because with si clauses using the present tense (even though it is something one sees as a possibility/future thing, as you are saying) we need the indicative:
Si mi mujer me ve vestido así...
If my wife sees me dressed like this...
You can use the Imperfect Subjunctive, and then the conditional tense, to express this:
Si mi mujer me viera/viese vestido así, no pararía de reirse.
If my wife saw me (were to see me) dressed like this, she wouldn't stop laughing.
