This is an interesting construction. is there a lesson that deals with it?
It would seem to me that 'a su madre' should be after ve. could K say ... ve a su madre llegar?

Hola Emanuel
Yes, you could turn it round and place "a su madre" after "ve". The meaning would be the same.
Ella ve a su madre llegar.
Ella ve llegar a su madre.
Javier vio a su padre comerse el helado.
Javier vio comerse el helado a su padre.
I've noted it down for a possible lesson.
Saludos
