Using the gerund as a command

Niños ¡________!

One of the choices was "Comportándose" which was marked wrong. However, according to this lesson, wouldn't that also be correct:
Using the Spanish gerund as a command %252Fsearch%253Fs%253Dusing%252Bthe%252Bgerund%252Bas%252Ba%252Bcommand

Maybe I'm missing some reason why it doesn't work in this case? Thanks!

Hola Eric

Sorry for the late reply; yes, we do use the gerund sometimes very colloquially as a form of command as explained in that lesson; in that case we generally use it with verbs that imply movement as mentioned in the lesson, e.g. ¡andando! ¡saliendo ahora mismo!, but I understand that option given in the dropdown menu would be unfair. It's now changed.

Saludos

Inma
