Using que to state that something is already happening

I haven't seen this use of "que" before.

Ya son las tres. Andando, que llegamos tarde.  It's 3 already. Let's get a move on, we're late.

¡Corriendo que nos mojamos!  Hurry up, we're getting wet!

Yes, we have a lesson on this use of "que"; it's a "causal" que (as if we said "porque", but more colloquial). Here is the lesson. Have a look.
