using pronouns with llamarse
In the grammar section of llamas it says about pronouns: it is actually more common to drop them, so "Ella se llama Clara" = "Se llama Clara".
This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Using the verb llamarse in Spanish in the present tense to say what someone's name is (Verbo reflexivo)"

Hola Ien,
I am not sure which specific questions you are referring to so I can't have a look in the system to check. There are "multiple choice" questions for this topic where there is more than one possible correct answer. If there is one option using the pronoun and another one not using it, they are both correct. You need to choose both answers for the system to give you a "correct answer", otherwise it will be "nearly correct".
I hope this helped.
Saludos
