Yes, it does! You can use sentir que with both, the indicative and the subjunctive, but with the latter the meaning is different.
Siento que nuestra relación no va bien.
I feel like our relationship is not going well.
Siento que nuestra relación no vaya bien.
I'm sorry that our relationship is not going well.
