I don't understand why money would be considered an "uncountable" noun. Unless on is a gazillionaire, one can certainly count how much money one has.

When we say "dinero" (money) is uncountable we mean you cannot say you have "one money, two moneys, three moneys...) You can have one coin, two, coins, three notes, etc, but cannot count money that way.
