Hola Itay,
the word "paraguas" is a masculine noun (el paraguas, un paraguas) which is invariable in the singular and the plural (un paraguas, muchos paraguas).
The word paraguas comes from "parar" (to stop) and "aguas" (water), so it is as if we were saying "a water stopper". It is never used without the -s, "paragua".
Saludos

as a compound word, it is always masculine and will be el paraguas in the singular and los paraguas in the plural.
