I think the title of this lesson needs to be edited - it looks like it's saying "un" + "tanto/algo" + adjective. But it's saying "un tanto/ algo + adjective"" (which is how people are saying it in the discussion below).

The title is saying "un tanto / algo" because the "un" is also used with tanto, not with algo. If we displayed it as "un + tanto/algo" it'd give the idea that you can use un + algo, but that's not the case. I'm not sure if this is what you were referring to.
