tiene means "you have¨, "he or she has".
tienes means "you (informal) have".

Hola Christina,
you need "tiene" for "it has". The subject in the sentence is "este mercadillo navideño" (= it, 3rd person singular, -> tiene)
Tienes, as Jaime was saying, is for "you (singular informal) have".
I hope this clarified it.
Saludos
