The difference between ser below

Please explain Me quisiera vs quisiera

Hola Tudy

We don't use "me" with "quisiera" - quisiera is translated as "I would like" but it doesn't follow the same rule as "Me gustaría..." which also means "I would like..." but in different situations and contexts- I imagine you may have got confused with these two, not sure.
