Unfortunately, I cannot distinguish some sounds, as I have no ear habit. What can I do?

Listen to as much Spanish as you can. Every day if you have the time.

You can use the reading practice in the Spanish practice section where you can read and listen to audio at the same time.

It will take time but you will definitely improve!
