Isn´t "haber" an irregular verb for the tú imperative since it is "he" rather than "ha"?
Shouldn't the tú imperative of "haber" = "he" be added to this list?

The verb haber doesn't have an imperative form as it is an auxiliary verb.
There would be no command made with the verb haber.
