question about using cientos/as

Your explanation says that whole hundreds AFTER 200 agree with the noun it precedes, but doesn´t 100 also?

I.e. hay cientas diez chicas?

 

If not what would be the correct answer?

It would be ciento diez chicas. There is no need to make the 100 agree to the noun.
