At the moment it's not possible to add vocabulary lists to notebooks, I'm afraid, but it is something that we are definitely taking into consideration and hopefully that will be possible in the near future.

Google Anki or Quizlet. Both free.
Anki is desktop software. A little more difficult to navigate until you learn, but very powerful if you can master it. Create regular flash cards, fill in the blanks, type in the answer, etc
Quizlet is web based. Simple to use, but limited to regular flash cards
