Por or con el ruido

Can I use both por and con el ruido. Is there any difference between them?

Can I use mi pierna? In other lessor it was siad that it should ne la pierna. When can I use pronoun with body?

Yes, you can also say "Por el ruido no te oía" and "...porque no sentía la pierna"

When we refer to our own body the definite article is normally used. The use of the possessive somehow makes more emphasis on the fact it was "my" leg.
