Yes, we sometimes use the future tense for conjecture about something that may/might be happening. But in this specific test we are testing conjugation of the conditional. The only possible conjugation of the conditional is with the ending -ía. For future reference, for conjugation tests always read the hint given in the test-question.
Also, when we use the future for conjecture, modal verbs don't tend to be used, so for conjecture here in this sentence we would use directly the future tense of the main verb: saber
Ella sabrá la verdad.
She might know the truth.
