Hola Emma,I have always understood semi regular as meaning that the actual endings of the conjugations are regular, but there are irregularities in the body or stem of the verb. In the case of corregir, the endings o, es, e, imos, ís and en are all typical of ir verbs. The irregularity comes with the “e” being replaced by the “i” with the exceptions mentioned in the text, and the “j’ replacing the “g” in the first person singular. Inma may clarify this further.
