Letters of the alphabet
In the quiz this was the only question that I got wrong. That was because I did not understand the question and had never been told that all letters in the Spanish alphabet are feminine. Now I Know !

It’s not that all letters are feminine, it’s the word “la letra” is feminine. So when you say la a, it means la (letra) a. Just like with time, it’s not that the numbers on the clock are feminine :) , it’s because the word “la hora” is feminine, so you say, for example, a las dos (horas).
