Not sure what your question is.
Do you mean that you get confused with the form of the perfect future (yo habré comido, tú habrás comido...= I will have eaten, you will have eaten...) and the form of the perfect conditional? (yo habría comido, tú habrías comido..= I would have eaten, you would have eaten...)
