Confused by different tenses

Why is "You will see..." translated to a command (Mira que...) whereas "Your will forget..." is translated to the future (olvidarás)? The structures appear to be the same.

Hola Larry,

the first one using "mira que..." is a way of emphasising the meaning of what comes next. We have this lesson linked to that sentence:

Using the imperative of mirar/oir with different meanings

The second sentence is simply using a future tense. It is literal.

Saludos
