Are all regular verbs conjugated in the same way for the El Futuro Perfecto (future perfect)?
Hola David
Yes, the future perfect in Spanish is formed by the auxiliar verb haber in the future:
Yo habré
Tú habrás
Él-ella-usted habrá
Nosotros habremos
Vosotros habréis
Ustedes habrán
Ellos habrán
This is always the same for all verbs. And then it's followed by the past participle of the main verb. When we talk about regular verbs in the perfect future, we mean verbs that have a regular participle, i.e. ending in -ado or -ido:
nosotros habremos cantado, ellos habrán comido...
Then if the verb has an irregular past participle, we say this is irregular in the perfect future, for example:
nosotros habremos visto, ellos habrán puesto, tú habrás hecho, etc...
So the irregularity is linked to the past participle.
See this lesson about Conjugating irregular verbs in El Futuro Perfecto.
