Hola Emanuel
It would sound awkard to say "algo de la bebida", probably because bebida (drink) is generally considered a countable noun (una bebida, dos bebidas...) You could use an infinitve for example:
Podemos tomar algo de beber.
(We can have something to drink)
Or, if we consider the noun "bebida" an uncountable noun (as in drinks in general) you could say "algo de bebida" without "la":
¿Hay algo de bebida en el frigorífico?
(Is there any drink [left] in the fridge?)
I hope this helps,
Inma
