is there a rule if adjectives are before or after the noun?
Tengo dos hermosas hijas OR Tengo dos hijas hermosas?

Hola Dragana
The usual order in Spanish is noun + adjective, but when we place it in front we want to emphasise that quality. Here is a Kwiziq lesson on the position of adjectives.
I hope it helps.

You put them after noun. When you put them before you make emphasis or you change meaning, e.g. mi amigo viejo (my old friend - old in sense he lives long). Mi viejo amigo (old in sense I know him for a long time).
