Have a refreshing delicious rice milk following this recipe which is very simple. First, put the cinnamon stick and rice in a bowl, add the water and let it rest for two hours. Then grind the contents of the bowl until a very fine paste is left and then strain it. You have to press the rice paste enough (in order) to extract as much liquid as possible. When you have pressed the paste, add the liquid vanilla and sugar to the bowl where you have the smoothie. Then, stir with a spoon so that the sugar is dissolved, add the milk and mix again. Finally, let the rice milk cool in the fridge.
