Why future tense not conditional?

Será mejor que ________con menos frecuencia. It would be better if we saw each other less frequently.Why not sería instead of será?

Hola Shirley

The English was using the conditional by mistake. We changed it to the future tense: It will be better if we see each other less often. Now the translations are matching.
