Hi, I used the word "trancón" for traffic jam, but it was not recognized as a correct alternative. How come?

We added the word "trancón" to the possible correct answers. Bear in mind that we include the most generic words used in Latin America as it would in some cases be impossible to include all alternatives that might be very local. Trancón seems to be very specific to Colombia, as opposed to the more general "atasco"; but we're happy to add any extra correct alternative if someone highlights it.
