Hola JanuszI'm not sure your first sentence is correct if you place "Mi madre,..." in the beginning, although, I guess, colloquially, we could sometimes use that structure the same way we say for example: El café lo tomo con leche y azúcar.Coffee I have it with milk and sugar.So, you could use that "la" in "la recuerda" meaning "reminds me of her"And it could be interpreted both ways, she reminds you of your mum because they look alike or because of her attitude or the situation that in that instance is bringing your mum to your mind. Saludos
