Enjoyed this exercise learning art vocabulary

Hola,I have a particular interest in art, so I enjoyed doing this exercise. Yet, I have to agree with David that this lesson was possibly more challenging than the AI level. I needed to listen to the measurements several times because I was unfamiliar with the use of "veinte coma dos" for example. (Although, I should have guessed, since this is similar to the French use of a comma instead of a decimal point.) After the first measurement, I was able to understand the second one. A good learning experience for me. I am coming back to Spanish, and have a lot to review and much more to learn for the first time.May I suggest that there is a link to a lesson about numbers with decimals? Gracias y Saludos

Hola N. HilaryGlad to hear you enjoy doing this dictation. I agree it's a bit high for A1. Sometimes, if we use content that is a bit more specific, the vocabulary becomes more challenging. We want to offer all sorts of content to all levels, though, so it's not always generic. As for the lessons on the decimals, we don't have one at the moment (but it's been noted).Yes, we tend to say "coma" and use the sign to indicate the decimal part of a number. We can also use the dot and you may also say "punto" in this case when reading the number. Saludos cordialesInma

Gracias Inma,Yes, a lesson on decimals would be very helpful. Maybe a quick solution would be to include a hint in the exercise at that point of the dictation.And, how interesting that we can use either, "coma" or "punto" when referring to a decimal number.  Saludos.
