Conjugation question

Nos alegraría mucho que ________ con nosotros en la Nochebuena.

(HINT: you=vosotros)

The correct answer is evidently #3, but I don't understand how it's being conjugated.

When you use the conditional + que when expressing a wish/feeling the second part of the sentence is conjugated in the imperfect subjunctive hence cenarais.
