By now, I will have already visited the most important food fair in Latin America, which is called Mistura. This name refers to a bouquet containing various flowers, that during the viceroyalty Peruvian ladies would distribute to the attendees of an event. This fair takes place every year in Lima, where the variety of Peruvian national cuisine is presented. In this edition, there will be numerous food stalls and also many ingredients from small producers. What I will like the most, will be buying chilli to use in my recipes; in addition to the traditional corn. Don't miss the next fair if you want to have a good gastronomic experience.

I'll be right with you...
