I have learned so much by reading a combat sports magazine! If I had had this information before, I would not have jumped to conclusions regarding these sports. These are frequently regarded as violent by society in general, since they involve the use of fighting in their execution, but what people don't know is that that force must always be justified and channeled in accordance with the rules that govern combat. So then combat sports are not violent in themselves! Well no, it all depends on the attitude of those who practice them. Furthermore, it has been shown that these sports improve people's physical development and allow the work of very important values such as effort, perseverance and discipline. These sports certainly have positive aspects!
