I would like you to understand the main points when you hear people talking about art therapy. It is a particular type of psychotherapy that uses different plastic arts such as sculpture and painting, so that feelings that cannot be expressed, are communicated more easily. As a professional in this area, I have to say that it is widely demonstrated from a scientific point of view that art therapy increases the level of self-esteem and confidence. Whether they are patients with serious addiction problems, physical disabilities or degenerative diseases, there is a kind of cathartic relief of feelings to thus free the imagination of the patient. In addition, it allows us to know ourselves better and channel our energy in a healthy way. Honestly, art therapy is a most exciting subject.

Clever stuff happening!
