I am going to tell you my tips (in order) to see the positive side of things. First, you should know that when we are negative in a situation, we always generalise and we let ourselves get carried away by the moment and bad attitudes. Don't do it! The right thing is to downplay the problems and start distracting yourself with something else. Also, don't have too many expectations of others because if you expect a lot from other people, they will disappoint you and you will feel frustrated. Give more than you receive without expecting anything in return and you will have the recipe for happiness.

Clever stuff happening!
