This summer I will go to the beach and I will show off a perfect body because I will exercise a lot in the coming weeks and I will follow a low-calorie diet. Also, I will burn calories doing everyday errands, for example when I go shopping I will not take any means of transport and I will go on foot or by bike. When I get home, I will not use the lift [US: elevator] instead I will walk up the stairs up to the seventh floor. I hope all these routines help me lose weight.
