To preserve the health of my organs, I keep a very healthy diet which is made up of nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables and proteins. And I not only take care of myself by eating healthily, but I also make sure to hydrate myself properly by drinking at least two liters of water a day. Let's not forget that our body is water! In addition, I exercise regularly, whether playing sports or doing physical activities that I am passionate about. Rest is also a priority, making sure I get enough sleep to allow my organs to regenerate and function optimally.
