Take the fastest path to fluent Spanish
The time adverb todavía can be used in affirmative sentences to express "still" when an action is still happening. For example:
We can place todavía either before or after the verb, there is no difference in meaning:
Although it is slightly more formal, we can also use "aún" as a synonym of todavía:
As you can see, there is also flexibility when placing aún in the sentence; either before or after the verb.
Remember aún takes a written accent (aún)
