If you suffer from high blood pressure or other health problems, it is essential that you control your diet and know which are the prohibited foods so that you remove them from your diet. These are usually cold cuts, which have a lot of salt for those people who suffer from high blood pressure; sweet and processed foods, that cause an increase in the amount of sugar in the blood and they are totally discouraged to avoid problems like diabetes and obesity; finally, red meat, although it is a food that is very rich in iron, it also has many saturated fats. Therefore, it would be advisable that you do not abuse these foods and that you replace them with other healthier options.
