Nicaragua is in Central America. It borders Honduras to the north, Costa Rica to the south, the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Caribbean Sea to the east. It's in the northern hemisphere between the equator and the Tropic of Cancer. This country is very large and its inhabitants speak Spanish, Nicaraguan Creole English and indigenous languages.
