Do you want to surprise your guests with a soupy Spanish dish? If your answer is yes, make a note of this recipe where you will learn to cook some delicious Riojan-style potatoes. First, chop an onion and a clove of garlic; and add them to a casserole with a little olive oil. When they start to brown, add the chorizo cut into slices and skinless. Then, peel, wash and cut some potatoes into cubes to add them into the stir-fry. After, put a little salt, a bay leaf and the flesh of a Choricero pepper. Stir everything for a couple of minutes. Finally, cover the ingredients with water and let it cook for 30 minutes.

I'll be right with you...
